How to cancel a subscription

The fastest way is the cancellation page at /cancel: enter the email you paid with, open the sign-in link we send, and press Cancel subscription. No password, no support ticket.

Signed in already? Your profile has the same button: the Subscription tab, Cancel subscription.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and after that the subscription simply does not renew.

Changed your mind before the period ends? The same screen offers to resume the subscription, and nothing is charged twice.

If you cannot sign in to reach that screen, write to support from the email you paid with and we will cancel it for you.
